Walnut Paste

Our Walnut Paste contains no added sweeteners or preservatives. The paste is low in carbs and suitable for many gluten/grain free diets. It is commonly used to create sauces for meals or to add flavour to baked items such as breads or confectionery.

Walnut paste is manufactured by grinding walnuts until a paste is formed. The consistency of the product can vary, some walnuts naturally contain a higher percentage of oil within them leading to a more viscous paste.

The Paste has a distinct bitter taste so we recommend it is incorporated into recipes rather than eaten directly.
