What accreditations do HBS foods Ltd have?
We currently hold the highest BRC accreditation of “AA” grade.
What products do you offer?
We are mainly tree and ground nut processors, although we also offer a selection of dried fruits, coconut and pine kernels.
Are you a peanut free site?
No, but we do have strict policies in place to prevent cross contamination. This includes storage and transport segregation, dedicated processing lines, assigned PPE and utensils, swabbing and protein testing.
Do you sell to the public?
At HBS Foods Ltd we have a minimum order quantity of 100kg, however we have an online www.naturalchoice.co.uk and an onsite trade counter for smaller orders.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are strictly 30 days. If you are a new customer you will be expected to pay proforma for your first order.
Do you sell seeds and pulses?
Unfortunately not, seed and pulses are in a different category of allergens to nuts, so chose not to have them on site.
Do you offer long term contracts?
We are happy to form contracts between customers and ourselves to ensure guaranteed supply and fixed pricing.
Can you supply product specifications and batch analytics?
All products can be supplied with product specifications and COA’s. Our in-house quality department can tailor specifications to meet your requirements, we also carry out in-house product analysis and use UKAS accredited laboratories for micro testing.
Are market reports available for individual products?
We regularly issue market reports for almonds, walnuts, peanut and cashews which are available on request.
Have you a product price list?
We don’t have a price list as such because prices can change on a daily basis. We can always give a spot price if you email us at order@hbsfoods.co.uk or issue a quote if you email us the particulars and quantities you require.
