Our nibbed Macadamia Nuts maintain a creamy texture and are more suited to being added to recipes. They are sieved to ensure that the final product is uniform in size and devoid of meal. Nibbed Macadamias can be lightly toasted to give them a touch of colour before being incorporated into a finished product.
