Hazelnut Paste / Hazelnut Butter
Our Hazelnut Butter is entirely natural and contains 100% whole hazelnuts, providing an excellent source of protein. It has a smooth if sometimes grainy consistency and is a great additive to confectionery to impart a hazelnut flavour.
Hazelnut Paste is naturally oily and as a result this product does have a tendency to separate when packaged. Upon arrival if the oil is sitting on top of the paste it can easily be reincorporated back into the mixture.
