Red Glace Cherries

Our Cherries are deliciously sweet and are coloured to give a vibrant red appearance. Although sticky they will help you create lots of delicious sweet recipes and decorate cakes such as cherry bakewell tarts.

Red glace cherries are saturated in a glucose fructose syrup, they are great as an additive to cake mixtures or to decorate cakes to add a depth of flavour and a touch of colour. It is worth noting that to get the best incorporation of this product into a baking mix it is better to dry them first as otherwise they will all sink to the base of your cake.

This product is irregular in its form, at their origin they have been crushed leading to a wide variety of different shapes.
