Dried Currants
Our currants are sweet, versatile and tasty. These currants are great to add to your baking when making a tasty fruit cake or sprinkling over your breakfast in the morning to provide an extra dimension of flavour.
Currants are the product of a very small grape that has been picked and dried. They are normally a very dark brown or black in appearance and have a soft texture. When packed at source Currants have a small coating of oil applied to try and prevent them from sticking together.
