Pistachio Paste / Pistachio Nut Butter
Our Pistachio Nut Butter is suitable for both savoury and sweet recipes, as it has no added sugar. Combined with chocolate it is a winning combination or in cakes it will add a strong pistachio flavour without any alterations to texture.
Pistachio Paste loses its green colour when it is passed through the pasting machine, due to the speed of the blades it partially heats the original product giving it a slightly browner appearance. However, it still maintains a strong pistachio flavour.
